# The event organizer shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the registration form.

Payment Procedure

For online payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard):

  • Complete the online payment registration by clicking the above "Register Now" button.(Login Required)
  • You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal to perform your online payment. You may choose to pay by VISA or MasterCard.
  • Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment receipt attached.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Requests for cancellations received on or before 10 July 2017: There will be a 50% refund of prepaid fees, less an administration charge of SGD80.00
  • Requests for cancellations received after 10 July 2017:  No refund will be given to the paying delegate if the delegate cancels the registration after 10 July 2017 or does not attend the conference.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to be processed (by mail or email).

Liability & Disclaimer

The registered delegate acknowledges that he/she has no rights to lodge any claims against the conference organizers should the Conference be hindered or prevented to occur by any unexpected political, economic or pandemic events, or generally by force majeure, or by the non-appearance of scheduled speakers or other reasons that necessitate program changes.

1.   Please note that each delegate (member/non-member) registration payment is entitled to 2 paper submissions

2.   Each student registration is entitled to 1 paper submission for the conference.

3.   Each additional presentation must be accompanied by a registration payment.

4.   All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors. Non presented papers will not be indexed.
